His focus is on supporting high performance leaders seeking to fulfill their potential, whether that's building an authentic creative culture or a company that's going to change to world. 

Chad has worked across industries and stages of growth. As a CEO, he was widely recognized for his culture driven leadership and performance, knowing that investing in people, drives better performance. Chad was the CEO of one of the largest venture and PE backed online grocery companies in the country, having raised tens of millions in venture and private equity capital and has facilitated multiple mergers and acquisitions. As a values driven leader, he's also been an executive director in the nonprofit sector and is an active mentor with Techstars Boulder, Techstars Sustainability with the Nature Conservancy, and the Techstars Workforce program supporting the development of founders and growth of entrepreneurship.

Chad is also a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West.
